Portsmouth police are investigating after a “decomposed body” was found Friday.
Officers responded to the 2500 block of Frederick Boulevard following a report that a body was found by a landscaping crew at 9:40 a.m., according to a news release from police. The body has not yet been identified.
No further information has been made available.
